摘要
在西方企业伦理决策实证研究进程中,有过三次文献综述:1994年Ford和Richardson的综述, 2000年Loe等人的综述和2005年MichaelJ．O’Fallon和Kenneth D．Butterfield的综述。本文通过对上述三次综述进行比较分析,以期得出关于企业伦理决策研究深入的动态性发展趋势。
In the process of the empirical research of the western enterprise ethical decision-Faking, there have been 3 times literature summary： 1994,Ford and Richardson＇s summary;2000,Loe and his colleague＇s summary;2005,Michael J.O＇Fallon and kenneth D.Bu^erfield＇s summary. This paper is expected to conclude the enterprise ethical decision-making development and research trend through the three summary that mentioned above.
