一体式UASB—MBR反应器处理高浓有机废水 被引量:8

摘要 针对工业废水处理设备占地面积大、运行不稳定等缺点,开发了一体式UASB—MBR高效反应器,并采用其处理高浓度有机废水。结果表明,在稳定运行阶段,当进水COD浓度为3500—9500mg/L、HRT为7.4h时,对COD的平均去除率可达98.67%,出水COD达到了国家一级排放标准;当A段即UASB的容积负荷为23.81kgCOD/(m^3·d)时,颗粒污泥的最大比产甲炕速率为0.3168L/(gVSS·d),且反应器内挥发性脂肪酸的含量很低,是反应器运行的最佳负荷。冲击负荷试验的结果表明,无论是A段还是O段(MBR),均具有良好的耐冲击负荷能力,说明该反应器适用于水量和污染物浓度变化较大的工业废水处理。 The integrated UASB- MBR was developed to treat high concentration organic wastewater. This integrated process can save space and is highly efficient. A stable operation is set up with the concentration of influent COD being 3 500 -9 500 mg/L and HRT being 7.4 h. The results show that the reactor has excellent stabilization and the average removal rate of COD reaches 98.67%. The COD in the effluent meets the requirements of first grade of national wastewater discharge standard. When the volumetric loading rate in part A is 23.81 kgCOD/( m3 · d), there is high methanogenic activity in the granular sludge and the specific methanogenic activity (SMA) reaches 0.316 8 L/( gVSS · d). At the same time, the VFA concentration appears low in the reactor, therefore it is the optimal stage in the reactor. The shock test showes that both part A and part O have high flexibility with respect to fluctuating loading rates. Therefore, there is a likely prospect to treat large fluctuation industrial wastewater with the integrated UASB -MBR.
