摘要 为给某石化企业的反渗透(RO)系统提供水质良好且稳定的进水,分别采用膜生物反应器(MBR)和超滤(UF)工艺对该厂二沉池出水进行了深度处理试验,考察了进、出水的浊度及COD、SD I等指标。结果表明:UF系统的出水浊度平均为0.18 NTU,COD平均为22.1 mg/L,SD I平均为2.50;MBR系统的出水浊度平均为0.14 NTU,COD平均为20.1 mg/L,SD I平均为2.22。MBR的出水水质比UF更稳定,且具有较强的耐冲击负荷能力。 Membrane bioreactor(MBR) and uhrafiltration(UF) technology were used for advanced treatment of the secondary effluent from a petrochemical wastewater plant to provide high quality effluent for reverse osmosis(RO) system. COD, SDI and turbidity of the influent and effluent were investigated. The results show that the average values of COD, SDI and turbidity of the effluent from UF process are 22.1 mg/L, 2.50 and 0. 18 NTU respectively, and that of the effluent from MBR process are 20. 1 mg/L, 2.22 and 0.14 NTU respectively. The effluent quality and the anti-impact ability of MBR process are steadier and stronger than that of UF rpocess.
