眼冲击伤后视网膜组织学及组织化学的改变

A study of histology and enzymatic histochemistry on rabbit's retina after blast injuries of the eye.

本研究伤后兔眼视网膜广泛水肿,视杆锥细胞明显破坏,脉络膜血管扩张,腔内充满血细胞,视网膜SDH、LDH活性降低.提示一定能量的冲击波可导致兔眼视网膜组织明显损伤,视网膜的损害除外力的直接作用外,伤后视网膜脉络膜血液循环及组织能量代谢障碍可能也是造成视网膜组织损伤的重要原因.

In this study, the widespread retinal edema, the fragmentation of photorecepterouter segment, the obstruction of choroidal circulation and the activities of SDH and LDH in the retina reduced were observed after trauma. It's considered that the fixed amount blast wave could cause obvious damage of the retina;and the disturbance of the choroidal blood circulation and metabolic disorder are the impotant factors which damage the retina, besides the directly injuried by blast wave; damage the retina, besides the diretly injuried by blast wave.
