摘要 技术创新管理内容和方式的显著变化,给企业带来了新的发展机遇和优势。相对传统技术创新管理的产品焦点,企业技术创新管理的顾客关系焦点拓展并深化了技术的价值追加和竞争优势的形成过程,对企业现有知识、资源、能力具有战略性影响。 The transformation of enterprises technological innovation management provided new developing opportunities and competitive advantages for enterprises. Beyond product perspective of technological innovation management, Costumerrelationship perspective of technological innovation management extend and deepen the value-adding and advantage creating process of technological innovation. Managing technology innovation successfully is inevitable to achieve the permanent competitive ability.
