第一跖骨近端截骨术治疗踇外翻

Opened osteotomy at the proximat portion of the first metatarsal for the treatment of hallux valgus

本院１９８９～１９９４年共施行７０例 外翻矫形手术。其中２１例（４０足）行张开式第一跖骨近端截骨术治疗，经过１年４个月～５年（平均３年）的随访，取得了满意的疗效，优良率为９０．５％。此术式是软组织联合骨性手术，因而术后其跖骨角、踇外翻角、足外形等方面矫形效果确实、可靠。

cases of hallux valgus were treated surgically from 1989 to 1994,of them 21 cases (40 feet)were treated by opened osteotomy at the proximal portion of the first metatarsus. An average 3-yesr follow-up showed satisfactory effects in 90.5% of the cases. This operation is a combination of bone and soft tissuse,so that it gives reliable orthopedic effects on the intermetatarsal angle, the metatarsal-phangeal angle as well as the appearance of the foot.
