As a kind of new highly effective enterprise management model, the virtual corporation purchases the course from materials procurement to products to merchandise sales that still need ＂a true＂ logistics network to realize. This article analyzes the importance of structuring logistics network for virtual corporation, elaborates how to choose the method to set up logistics network, and offers for the virtual corporation the structured principle and step which the logistics network might follow.
