Analysis of China's Logistics Lawmaking

我国物流业经过近些年的发展,已成为国民经济新的增长点和重要的支柱产业。但现代的物流业仍然存在诸多问题,尤其是中国的入世,中国物流市场的竞争将更加激烈。因此政府除了应在宏观调控方面加强对物流业的支持和管理,更为重要的是要尽快改变目前物流立法存在的问题,完善相关的法律法规,以保证物流业健康、持续地发展。

Our country＇s logistics industry has become the new growth point of national economy and the important pillar industry through developing recent years. But the modem logistics industry still exists many problems. Especially, after taking part in WTO, the eompetition of the China＇s logistics market got more vigorous. So, the government, should not only strengthen the support and the management to the logistics industry in the macro view. but also change as soon as possible the existing problems of the logistics lawmaking currently, perfect the related laws in order to ensure the healthy and continuous development： of the logistics industry.
