摘要
本文论述了技术壁垒的内涵及成因,通过分析技术壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响,提出了从检测标准和技术法规两个方面入手应对技术壁垒的相应措施。
This article delivers an analysis about the connotation and the cause of formation about technical barrier. After summarizing the influence brought by technical barrier, the new corresponding measurers are presented in this paper, improving inspection standard and relating technical rides.
