The paper analyses the questions on purchasing management in China＇s pharmaceutical retail enterprise, and introduces the idea of supply chain management, suggests some methods to improve the lever of purchasing management, including the following contents= the scale of purchasing, the price of purchasing, commodity management. And puts forward the method of the merchandise classification matrix diagram to carry on the classification management of the merchandise.
