酒依赖者社会支持和应对方式的对比研究

Assessment of Social Support and Coping Process in Alcohol Dependent Patients

目的:分析不同来源和性质的社会支持和不同的应对方式对酒依赖者的影响,为酒依赖者复发预防提供帮助。方法:应用社会支持评定量表和应对方式评定量表,对120例酒依赖者和112名健康对照者进行对比研究。结果:病例组的主观支持和对社会支持利用度的强度均分明显低于对照组;病例组积极应对的强度也明显低于对照组。对各因子研究显示,病例组中来自配偶的主观支持和客观支持强度均分明显低于对照组。结论:加强培养患者对社会支持的主观感受性,提高对社会支持的利用度,对防止酒依赖复发是十分必要的。

Objective： To study the social support and coping process of patients with alcohol dependence. Methods： The evaluations were conducted on the social support and the coping process of 120 alcohol dependent patients and 112 normal people with social support assessment scale （SSAS） and coping style assessment scale （CSAS）. Results： The scores of alcohol dependent patients＇ subjective support and the patients＇ using rate of social support were obviously lower than those of the normal （P 〈 0.01）. In addition, the scores of positive coping style were lower than those of the normal too （P 〈 0.01）. The scores of subjective social support and objective social support from partner were lower than those of the normal （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Social support and coping style have some obvious effects on the alcoholic＇s abstention rate. It is necessary to enhance the alcoholic＇s subjective sense to the social support and improve their ability of using social support. It also suggests that family therapy, especially marital therapy is very important in alcohol dependent patients.
