An Analysis of Physical Examinations among 1 138 Heroin Addicts

目的:掌握本地区海洛因依赖者的躯体状况,提高强制戒毒所的医疗工作。方法:对我所2004年1月至12月收治人员的体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果:海洛因依赖者入所常规实验室、辅助检查总阳性率达96.75%,肝功能、心电图、B超、X射线检查的阳性率分别达27.33%、16.96%、16.17%、13.44%。强制戒毒所内学员躯体状况差,医疗安全隐患多。结论:强制戒毒所要不断加强“医院化”建设,各级领导要重视强制戒毒所的医疗工作。

Objective： To understand the physical conditions among heroin addicts from Hanzhou area and improve their medical care in our institute. Methods： Case retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical records of heroin addicts in our institute from January 2004 to December 2004. Results： Total positive ratio of routine laboratory tests and auxiliary exams was 96.75 %. The positive ratios of liver function test, ECG, B ultrasonography and radiography were 27.33%, 16.96%, 16.17% and 13.44% respectively. It was a signal that the physical conditions were declined and the risks of the medical care were increased. Conclusion： More attention should be paid to the hospitalization construction and leaders of every grade should focus on the medical care in compulsory detoxification institute.
