海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的动态变化

Trends of Protracted Withdrawal Symptoms in Herion Addicts

目的:了解停吸海洛因后不同时期稽延性戒断症状的变化情况。方法:对戒断10天以上的281例海洛因依赖者进行稽延症状量表的评定。结果:在稽延性戒断症状的五个主成分中,焦虑和植物神经功能紊乱症状在戒断早期可以消退(3月),睡眠和认知功能障碍在戒断半年后明显改善,渴求则持续时间更长。结论:海洛因依赖者在不同的戒断时期症状表现有所不同,提示其治疗和预防复吸的方法应有针对性的措施。

Objective： To investigate the protracted withdrawal symptoms ofberoin addicts in different stages. Methods： 281 heroin addicts detoxified more than 10 days were assessed for protracted withdrawal symptoms. Results： Among the five main components of protracted withdrawal symptoms, anxiety and autonomic nervous system symptoms gradually diminished in the early phases of abstinence （three months）. Sleeping and cognitive disturbance can be improved after more than six months of abstinence. Craving persists over even longer time. Conclusion： Heroin addicts present different protracted withdrawal symptoms in different abstinence stages. The results should be employed in the clinical treatment of heroin addiction according to the different abstinence stages.
