接触镜性角膜炎酶组织化学及超微结构的动物实验研究

摘要 目的探讨接触镜性角膜炎的发病机制和组织学改变。方法对戴接触镜1、3、5、7、14天兔角膜上皮细胞的乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、ATP 酶含量进行定量检测,并对超微结构进行观察。结果戴镜1天后各组乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶含量均高于正常对照组,而 ATP 和琥珀酸脱氢酶含量均低于正常对照组。1天组上皮细胞无明显变化,3天后上皮细胞脱落,超微结构发生病理改变。结论戴接触镜后,角膜缺氧,上皮细胞内酶组织化学和超微结构均发生病理变化,是发生角膜炎的组织学基础。 PURPOSE To assess the reason for keratitis with contact lens wearing.METHODS We used rabbit eyes which wore contact lens for 12 hours,1,3,5,7,14 days as the animal model to test the lactate dehydrogenase, acid phosphatase,ATPase and succimate dehydrgenase on cornea epithelial cells,and used electron microscope to watch the ultrastructure.RESULTS After wearing the contact lens for one day,the LDH and APH in cornea cells will be higher.Compete with control group,the different significant exists between the groups (P <0.01).The ATPase and SDH will be lower after wearing for one day.Compete with control group,the dif- ferent significant exists between the groups (P<0.01).After wearing the contact lens for one day,the histo- chemical and ultrastructure are normal.After wearing the contact lens for three days,the histochemical and ultrastructure showed a marked change.CONCLUSION These change may be pathological base of the Kerati- tis with contact lens wearing.
