摘要
测定了不同冷冻时间(20秒和3分钟)对不同方法保存兔角膜膨胀率的影响。结果显示:冷冻20秒及3分钟,干燥保存组角膜膨胀率与新鲜组及低温冷冻保存组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。冷冻20秒和3分钟两组相比,三种保存方法的角膜膨胀率均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。提示在角膜组织镜片加工时,应考虑不同保存方法和不同冷冻时间所造成的不同膨胀率对其厚度的影响,从而减少镜片加工时的屈光度误差。
Effects of different freezing times (20 seconds or 3 minutes) and different preserving methods on rabbit's cornea were determined.After grafts were frozen for 20 seconds or 3 minutes,the coefficient of expansion showed significant differences compared with drying preserved group,fresh group and low temperature free- zing group(P<0.01).The coefficient of expansion of these 3 preserving methods also showed significant dif- ferences when the time of freezing(20 seconds or 3 minutes)was compared(P<0.05).These results indicated that the effects of different coefficients of expansion caused by defferent preserving methods and different freezing time during cornea processing should be considered and the dioptric errors during the cornea proces- sing may be reduced.
