糖尿病患者白内障摘除人工晶体植入的临床观察

An Investigation on Therapeutic Results of Extracapsular Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation in Diabetics

报告32例(40只眼)糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术术后随访6～36个月的临床观察结果。所有患者术中、术后均未发生感染以及严重并发症。29只眼(72.5%)术后随访矫正视力>0.5。玻璃体视网膜病变,尤其累及黄斑者,是影响术后视力恢复的主要原因。可见仅术前空腹血糖高于正常水平并非手术禁忌症。结果表明,选择正确的手术时机,使术前空腹血糖稳定在与糖尿病病情相适宜的水平三个月以上,对糖尿病患者施行自内障人工晶体手术是有效而又安全可靠的。

32 cases (40 eyes) with diabetes and cataract were followed up for 6～36 months after extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with intraocular lens implantation (IOL).No severe intra-and post-operative complications were found.29 eyes (72.5%) obtained post-operative corrected visual acuity of 20/40 or better. The major factor that influences the post-operative corrected visual acuity is vitreoretinopathy,espeeially en- croaches the macula flava.The pre-operative hyperglycemia alone is not a contraindication for the operation. Pre-operatively,if the diabetes of patients with cataract can be controlled,their glucose level in the blood re- mains normal and stable over three months,A suitable operative opportunity can be chosen,ECCE with IOL can be performed on such patients and the therapeutic results of the operation ean be safe and reliable.
