摘要
本文着重从以下几个方面验证了新研制的气孔计测定结果的可靠性。１．气孔计测定值与印迹法测量结果相比较，证明两者呈直线正相关，相关系数为０．９７；２．气孔计测定值与渗入法测量结果相比较，证明两者也呈直线正相关，相关系数为０．９８；３．气孔计测定的日变化曲线与蒸腾强度的日变化曲线相吻合；４．对同一叶片上、下表皮的测定结果也表明：气孔计值能够客观地反映气孔开度。
