Auto Gain Control（AGC） circuit is widely applied in wireless systems. It solves mostly the variety of signal intension in receiving system,which leads to bad performance of the system. It works on a principle of the negative feedback. With the developing of digital technology,the AGC circuit made by digital technology is presenting more and more advantage than the AGC circuit made by analog technology. It discusses the common method in designing the digital AGC circuit.
