摘要
描述了图形液晶模块的汉字显示方法,以8051单片机为基础,介绍了液晶模块与单片机的典型接口电路;叙述了单片机系统中3种汉字字模存储和提取的方法:一是字模存放在程序存储器中;二是通过外扩的E2PROM存储汉字字模数据,将其作为外部数据存储器进行寻址;三是使用外扩的E2PROM存储整个汉字库,通过汉字区位码寻址汉字库进行字模提取。
The methods of displaying Chinese characters on graphic liquid crystal display module are descrided. Based on 8051 single chip,this paper introduces the interface circuit between LCD and MCU, describes three methods of storing and picking up Chinese character models..First method is placing character models in programmable memory, second method is placing character models in external E^2 PROM and using it as external data memory,third method is placing whole Chinese characters library in E^2 PROM, picking up character models through area position code.
