摘要
高住低训是近年来广泛应用于提高运动员运动能力的一种有效的训练方法,本文采用文献综述法,从高住低训的起源、方式、高住低训的高度和时间、提高运动员有氧、无氧运动能力的机理等方面对高住低训在运动实践中的应用进行综述,并对其最新发展状况及研究前景作了展望。
Living high and training low is an effective training method popular in use to elevate the athletic ability of sportsmen in recent years. By means of literature review, the article tries to elaborate on the origin ,method ,the altitude and time ,the mechanism of improving aerobic and non-aerobic ability of the method of living high and training low in athletic practice. Meanwhile, its latest development and future research prospect are also examined.
