摘要 目的观察新型免疫毒素LHRH-PE40对胃癌细胞的抑制作用并探讨其作用机制。方法将体外培养的胃癌细胞分别加入不同浓度的LHRH-PE40进行干预后,测定肿瘤细胞生长情况的变化,并应用流式细胞仪检测LHRH-PE40诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡情况。结果免疫毒素LHRH-PE40对人胃癌细胞系BGC-823的增殖有明显的抑制作用,同时促进了细胞的凋亡。结论免疫毒素LHRH-PE40对胃癌细胞的增殖状态有明显的抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of immunotoxins LHRH-PE40 on the gastric carcinoma and its action mechanism. Methods The gastric cancer cell lines cultured in vitro were interfered with different concentrations of LHRH-PE40 to detect the growth of carcinoma cell to determine by MTT assay whether LHRH-PE40 induce carcinoma cell apoptosis. Results LHRH-PE40 significantly inhibited the proliferation and induced the apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823. Conclusions LHRH-PE40 has obvious inhibition effect on the proliferation of gastric cell lines.
