人脐血细胞在C．B－17SCID小鼠体内HLA－DR抗原表达及移植物抗宿主反应

The express ion of HLA-DR antigen on human umbilical cord blood and the graft一versus一host reaction in severe combined immunodeficiency(C.B一17 SCID)mice

本文观察了人脐带血和骨髓单个核细胞在Ｃ，Ｂ一１７ＳＣＩＤ（Ｔ、Ｂ细胞联合免疫缺陷）小鼠体内ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ抗原（人白细胞抗原）表达和移植物抗宿主反应（ＧｖＨＲ）．结果发现：人脐带血细胞ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ抗原在小鼠体内表达随着时间的延长，有一定量的增加，但低于骨髓细胞；人脐血细胞异种移植６０天内，仅表现出轻度ＧＶＨＲ，比骨髓细胞所致者弱。这为脐血造血细胞临床应用提供了实验根据据。

The expression of the HLA一DR antigen and the graft一versus一host reaction(GVHR) were observed by intraperitoneal transfering the mo nonuclear eells of humanumbilical cord blood(HUCB) or human bone marrow (BM) into the severe combinedimmunodeficiency(SCID) mice. The results showed that the expression of HLA- DR antigengradually increased in group A transfered with the mononuclear eells of the HUCB, but ithad stastistically less exp ression than the group B transfered with the mononuclear eells ofBM during sixty days. The GVHR in group A was, milder than group B. These findingsprovided the experimental basis for HUCB clinical transplantation.
