摘要
以减压渣油为原料采用溶剂脱沥青过程,得到了不同m(H)/m(C)的脱油沥青,利用重油热加工精确评价装置,对4种焦化原料进行焦化行为研究,研究不同m(H)/m(C)的沥青的焦化行为和产品分布。结果表明:随着焦化原料m(H)/m(C)的增加,瓦斯气收率变化不大,馏出油收率明显增加,残渣油收率明显降低,m(H)/m(C)每增加1个百分点,馏出油收率增加10个百分点,残渣油收率降低10个百分点;饱和分、芳香分、胶质含量能够显著影响液体油品的收率。对于溶剂脱沥青-焦化组合工艺,在溶剂脱沥青过程中,提高脱沥青油的抽出率,组合工艺的总液体油品收率就会增加,在可实现的范围内,脱沥青油抽出率每提高20个百分点左右,则总的液体油品收率增加5个百分点左右;对实验数据进行回归分析,得到了实验所用渣油焦化转化率的数学归纳式。
Four coking feeds with different H/C ratios were obtained by solvent deasphalting vacuum residue feed under various extraction rates, and their coking behaviors were studied using a heavy oil thermal processing device. The test results indicated that with the increase of H/C ratios, the gas yields were basically constant, the light oil yields increased and the residue yields decreased significantly,for example, with a 1 percentage increase of H/C ratio could lead to a 10 percentages increase of light oil yield and a 10 percentages decrease of residue yield. The light oil yield was greatly affected by the contents of saturate, aromatics and resin in the feed. For the combined process of solvent deasphalting and delay coking,the total liquid yield of the combined process increased with the increase of deasphalted oil(DAO)yield,such as a 5 percentages total liquid yield increase could be obtained with a 20 percentages increase of DAO yield. A mathematical model was established based on the experimental results.
