摘要
本文对本室建立的小鼠白血病病毒(MuLV)感染的SRSV一3T3细胞系与国际公认的Moloney一MuLV感染的A9细胞系间的Fn表达变化进行了比较研究。结果发现SRSV/3T3和A9细胞表面的Fn荧光强度比正常成纤维细胞明显增强,并出现弥散分布的点状“强染点”,而在A9和SRSV/3T3细胞的培养液中Fn含量却明显减少。
The change of expressed fibronectin SRSV/3T3 cell line which wasestablished by NIH/3T3 cells infected with SRS leukemia virus in our laboratory, was com-pared with A9 cell line infected with molo ney leukemia virus. The res ults showed that thefluo rescence intens ity on the cellular surfaees of SRSV/3T3 and A9 eells was stronger thanthat of normal fibroblasts of mouse, and the“strong stains”in dots were disseminated inthe SRSV/3T3 and A9 cells. However, the content of fibronectin in culture mediumof A9 and SRSV/3T3 cells was reduced significantly.The results mentioned abovewere discussed in this paper.
