摘要
白灵菇菌丝体通过热水抽提,去蛋白,乙醇沉淀,无水乙醇及乙醚离心,得到多糖粗制品.经DEAE-纤维素离子交换柱层析纯化,得到多糖精制品.利用Sephadex G-200凝胶柱层析进行纯度检测,表明达到了均一的纯度.
The crude Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide was prepared by means of the following procedures, extracting mycelia with hot weather, removing protein, precipitating with alcohol, centrifuging with ether, and was purified by ion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose column. The purified polysaccharide was examined to be homo-geneous by using chromatography of the sephadex G-200 column.
