糖皮质激素受体在离体中性粒细胞粘附中的作用

Effects of glucocorticoid receptor(GR) on polymorp honuclear(PMN)adhesion in vitro

本文通过给予地塞米松（Ｄｅｘ）和糖皮质激素受体（ＧＲ）阻断剂ＲＵ３８４８６研究ＧＲ在大鼠中性粒细胞（ＰＭＮ）粘附过程中作用。结果提示：Ｄｅｘ可以明显抑制ＰＭＮ的粘附，有浓度依赖性；在去肾上腺大鼠给予不同浓度ＲＵ３８４８６未发现对ＰＭＮ粘附有明显影响；若同时以一定的浓度比给予Ｄｅｘ和ＲＵ３８４８６（Ｄｅｘ：ＲＵ３８４８６）则显示Ｄｅｘ抑制ＰＭＮ粘附程度与ＧＲ数量有依赖关系。

The model of PMN一beads adhesion and PMN一EC adhesion were usedto study the effects of GR on PMN adhesion by giving Dex and RU3 8486.Results:showdthat Dex could Obviously inhibit the PMN adhesion and with the increase of Dexconcentration the effect of inhibition could be raised It was proved that RU3 8486 had no ef-fects on the PMN adhesion through the PMN adhesion of adrenoprival rats. If Dex andRU38486 were given at a coneentration ratio of (Dex:RU38486): 1: 100 1:10 1:1 10:1 100:11000:1,the inhibition of Dex on PMN adhesion was reduced gradually till reversedcompletely.So there was a negative relation between the adhesion rate of PMN andDex一RU38486 coneentration ratio(r=0.957)The results suggested that GC inhibit PMN ad-hesion,which was mediated by GR.Since GR was blocked.the inhbition of GC would beredueed and even disappeared.
