斜带石斑血细胞发生的观察

Observation on Development of Blood Cells in Epinepheus coioides

对斜带石斑的肝脏、脾脏、头肾和肾脏等四种组织中血细胞的发生过程进行了观察和测定。观察发现,斜带石斑的头肾、肾脏和脾脏可以产生红细胞和各种类型的白血细胞,是主要的造血器官,而肝脏只能产生白细胞,不能产生红细胞。对斜带石斑的外周血液进行涂片观察,在涂片上可区分出红细胞以及四种白细胞:淋巴细胞、血栓细胞、单核细胞和嗜中性粒细胞,它们在总的白细胞中所占比例分别为(46.56±9.53)%、(21.28±6.77)%、(17.50±8.69)%和(14.66±11.06)%。

The development of blood cells in liver, spleen, pronephros and kidney of Eo coioides was studied. The results showed that pronephros,kidney and spleen could generate all kinds of blood cells in E. coioides; the hematopoiesis of liver was to generate leucocyte. On the stained smears of peripheral blood, erythrocyte and four kinds of leucocyte： lymphocytes, thrombocytes, monocytes and neutrophils, were recognized. The percentages of lymphocytes, thrombocytes, monocytesand neutrophils in total leucocytes, were（ 46.56 ± 9.53）%, （ 21.28± 6.77）%, （17. 50±8.69）% and （14.66±11.06） %,respectively.
