网络信息服务产生的背景及其分析

Background of Network Information Service and Its Analysis

虽然网络信息服务的定义有诸多不同的观点,但从其信息提供知识化、信息服务社会化和虚拟化、信息服务范围扩大化、信息服务个性化等特点来看,网络信息服务应该是网络信息内容的服务而非网络事务方面的服务。从网络信息服务产生的技术、用户需求、社会政治背景来看,网络信息服务的产生有必然性。随着网络信息服务的迅速发展、用户需求的持续增长,我国应以用户为中心,实现网络信息资源与服务整合,加强规范控制,培育和扩大市场。

Although there are various definitions about network information service, this paper points out that network information service should be the services on network information content but not on the network affairs according to the culturalization of information supply, the socialization and virtualization of information service, the expansion of service scope and the personalization of information service. The author thinks that it is inevitable for the occurance of network information service in the view of user demand, technology development, social politics and economy. In the future, network information service should focus on the users, integrate resources and service, strenghen the control, cultivate and enlarge the market of network information service.
