Information communication industry is a sustainable development industry from the view of scientific development. Researches indicate that information communication operation should be in harmony with economic development, ecological environment and social development with the green science and technology in technical skills, management and market. Measures to achieve the sustainable development of information and communication industry are as follows： intensifying mechanism innovation, reasonably and effectively distributing communication resources, establishing a green channel for sustainable operation of information communication resources, combining the operation of information communication resources with justice- centered development concept, improvement of increase method, reasonable development rate as well as popularization of information communication service.
