摘要
应用放射配体结合法检测130例糖尿病患者外周血淋巴细胞雄激素受体(AR)和雌激素受体(ER),司时应用放射免疫法检测血浆睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_2)水平。结果:(1)糖尿病患者血浆E_2明显低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);血浆T也较对照组为低,但差异无显著性。(2)糖尿病患者淋巴细胞ER和AR的结合容量均明显低于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。提示血浆T和E_2分别对AR和ER存在正向调节作用;E_2和ER降低可能是糖尿病发生、发展的因素之一。
The specific binding capacity of androgen receptor (AR)and estrogen receptor (ER)in the peripheral lymphocytes was estimated by radioligand binding assay in 130 diabetic patients (type Ⅰ 18 cases and type Ⅱ 112 cases). Results were as follows:1)plasma estradiol (E2) of diabetic patients was significantly lower than that of the controls (P<0. 05 or P< 0. 01);Plasma testosterone (T)was also lower in the diabetic patients than in the control but without significant difference. 2)The binding capacity of ER and AR was significantly lower in the diabetics than in the controls (P<0.05 or P<0. 01). The results suggest that plasma T and E2 exert positive regulating effect on AR and ER respectively, and decrease in E2 and ER may be involved in the development and progression diabetes mellitus.
