摘要
碎石桩在成孔和挤密碎石过程中,土体在水平激振力作用下产生经向位移,其密度增高,孔隙比减小.对液化土层,碎石桩穿过液化土层,挤密土体,达到消除饱和土中的超孔隙水压力的目的.碎石桩加固地基的实质是把松散的天然地基变成由碎石桩和挤密的桩间土组成共同工作的复合地基,以达到提高承载力的目的.文章结合实例介绍了振冲碎石桩的原理以及施工工艺。
In the process of stone piles' pore-forming and compacting piles, soil takes a longitudinal displacement under level exciting forces, meanwhile its density increases and its porosity ratio decreases, which is very helpful to liquefy soil and to compact soil by stone piles going through liquefied soil layer, so as to remove excess pore water pressure in saturated soil. The ultimate goal of stone piles foundation stabilization is to transform the loose natural foundation into composite foundation made up by stone piles and compacted soil around piles to enhance its bearing capacity. The paper introduces the principles of vibro-replacement stone piles as well its construction technology through practical examples.
