我国工程投资管理失控的原因及其应对措施

改革开放以来，我国的造价工程已取得了较大的进步，造价管理部门从过去计划经济体制下的被动管理，发展到市场经济条件下的招标评标工作以及合同管理，但是目前许多工程仍出现投资失控，故而对出现投资管理失控的原因及避免失控的有效措施进行分析。

Since China＇s opening and the reform, the cost construction in our country has greatly improved. The cost administration has been transformed from the passive management of the planned economy system to the bid and contract management of the market economy system, but there are many inappropriate investments in the field of the construction. This paper analyzes the reasons for the unsuitable investments, and then provides certain resolutions to avoid it.
