The science and technology development contract ＂Research, Development and Commercial Application of the Catalyst CDC for Deep Conversion of Heavy Oil with Reduced Gasoline Olefin Content＂ jointly performed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing （RIPP）, SINOPEC Luoyang Branch Company and the Catalyst Factory of SINOPEC Changling Branch Co. had passed on January 11, 2006 the technical appraisal organized by the Technology Development Division of Sinopec Corp.
