On the Learning Ability of Cadres

学习力概念的提出，是对传统的学习理念的升华。研究领导干部的学习力，对认识和掌握干部队伍义。本文对学习力的内涵建设规律，建设学习型政府、学习型政党、学习型社会，具有特殊的现实意、学习力在领导干部诸种能力中的地位作用以及提升领导干部学习力的路径等进行了探讨。

The bringing forward of the Concept of learning ability is the sublimation and leap of traditional learning notions. It is of special significance for us to study the learning ability of leading cadres, which would help us get to know and master the rules of cadre- team construction, establish a learning government, a learning party and even a learning society. This paper launches a discussion on the meaning of learning ability, ：the status of learning ability among the abilities of leading cadres and the ways to enhance the learning ability of leading cadres.
