资源型矿区产业链延伸与矿区可持续发展

Extension of Industrial Chain and Sustainable Development in Resource-dependent Mine Areas

资源型矿区由于受到资源有限性和不可再生的限制，加之资源型矿区发展对矿产资源的高度依赖性和经济结构单一性等因素，资源型矿区发展到一定程度就会面临一系列的问题。延长矿区的产业链，发展替代产业，使资源型矿区产业向多元化方向发展，是矿区实现可持续发展的根本出路。目前，很多资源型矿区呈现出了一系列的问题，受到了人们很大的关注。关于怎样促进资源型矿区的可持续发展也成为众多学者的研究对象。盲目的延伸产业链，势必给矿区带来很大的损失。因此本文从促进矿区可持续发展的一个方面——产业链延伸着手研究，从对产业链的内涵开始探讨，主要分析了资源型矿区产业链延伸的必要性以及了资源型矿区产业链延伸的原则、目标和方向，以期矿区有原则、有目标和方向的延长产业链，通过产业链的延伸，打破产业结构单一的局面，实现对产业结构的成功调整。

Restricted by the exhaustibility of resources, together with high dependence on resources and single economic structure, resource-dependent mine areas are bound to meet with a series of problems when reaching certain stage of development. Therefore, the fundamental way out to achieve sustainable development is to extend industrial chain and develop substitute industries. At present, many problems turned up in resource -dependent mine areas have drawn a great deal of attention from the public, and the ways to advance these areas＇ sustainable development have become the research subjects of scholars. Nevertheless, blind efforts to extend industrial chain may result in great loss to the mine areas. Hence, this paper picks up the extension of industrial chain as the major concern, and starting by studying its meaning, this paper expounds on the necessity of extending industrial chain in mine areas and on the principles, goals and direction of the extension.
