中国煤炭大厦施工中采用的几项新技术

摘要 中煤大厦施工场地狭窄,工期紧。在基础施工中采用了预制混凝土方桩,深基坑支护采用地下连续墙加钢筋混凝土支撑联合基坑支护方案,挖土施工采用钢栈桥斜坡道,主楼施工采用整体提升脚手架和泵送商品混凝土等技术,创造了主楼施工每月7层的速度。 The Zhongme Mansion project has been confronted with difficulties, such as anarrow construction site and an urgent time-limit. Nevertheless,there are several new technologiesbeing adopted to overcome the barriers. Namely(l)the application of precast concrete square pilesin foundation work, (2)the joint strutting structures of slurry-wall and reinforcing bar's supportfor deep foundation pit construction, (3)the adoption of sloping steel viaduct for earth excavation,(4) the adoption of integral lifting scaffold and pumped commercial concrete technology for itsmain building construction etc. As a result, all these have made this project at an outstandingspeed of a 7-storey monthly construction.
