摘要
根据福州地区深厚软土地基中利用薄硬夹层作为扩底桩持力层的工程实践，对其工作机理、计算方法、经济效益等问题进行了探讨。
According to the practical condition of deep thick soft soil foundation in Fuzhouregion. its thin hardpan layer has been adopted as the bearing capacity course for the pedestalplies. Besides, a study and investigation into problems of its working mechanism, calculation methodand economical efficiency has been carried out duly.
