摘要
合成了亮氨酸水杨醛席夫碱及其与锌(Ⅱ)的配合物,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、电子光谱等手段进行了表征.用pH法测定了配合物稳定常数.实验发现,配合物抗菌活性优于配体的抗菌活性.
Schiff base derived from Salicylaldehyde and leucine and its Zn(Ⅱ) complex are synthesised. The structure of the complex is characterized by means of elementary analysis, molar conductance, electronic and infrared spectra,The stability constant of the complex is determined. Experiments show that the antibacterial activity of the comlex is superior to that of the ligand.
