胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征及预后分析 被引量：4

摘要 胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤（Psyr）是妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤（GTN）中最少见的类型，占所有GTN的1％～2％，可以继发于各种类型妊娠，也可以和各种妊娠同时合并存在。Kurman等于1976年首次用“胎盘部位假瘤”描述了这种疾病，当时认为是一种良性疾病。1981年，Scully等提出该病有恶性潜能，并将其易名为PSTT。大多数PSTT无转移、预后好，但有约15％～30％的病例发生转移，并且预后不良。为此，我们对11例PSTT患者的临床、病理特征进行总结和分析，旨在探讨PSTT的诊治方法及不良预后因素。
