过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体γ在支气管哮喘小鼠血管重塑中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 越来越多的研究结果表明,血管重塑在支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)的进展中发挥重要作用。过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体γ(PPAR-γ)在多种组织中发挥着炎症调控和抗重塑的作用。我们通过哮喘小鼠模型观察哮喘气道血管重塑表现及其与PPAR-1的关系。
