多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图诊断冠心病和冠状动脉再狭窄的价值
摘要
负荷超声心动图自1979年被应用于临床并已经发展成为诊断冠心病、检测心肌存活及判断预后的无创检查方法。在患者接受冠状动脉造影前进行无创性心肌缺血程度检测，是对于冠状动脉造影中临界病变是否进行积极干预、临床危险分层及预后评估的诊治策略内容之一。本研究以选择性冠状动脉造影结果作为冠心病诊断“金标准”，探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图（DSE）对诊断冠心病及评价冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）后再狭窄的价值。
