摘要 利用热重—差热分析仪对染料化工企业产生的2-萘酚吸附树脂在4种不同气氛下的热重(TG)和微分热重(DTG)曲线进行研究。试验结果表明:2-萘酚吸附树脂在高温、氧化条件下不稳定,易于分解,其热分解失重率受气氛变化的影响较大。提出了2-萘酚吸附树脂热解和燃烧机理,给出了热解反应动力学参数和模型。 To realize the incineration of 2-naphthol adsorption resin from dye chemical plants, the perform- ance of the pyrolysis and combustion characters of 2-naphthol adsorption resin has been tested on the TG-DTA 92 thermogravimetric ( TG ) analyzer at four different atmospheres. This apparatus can perform experiments such as TG and differential TG ( DTG ) analyses at the same time. The experimental results indicate that 2-naphthol adsorption resin is unstable and is easy to decompose at high temperature with the presence of oxygen. The weight loss rate of 2-naphthol adsorption resin was affected by the oxygen content of the carried gas. A pyrolysis and combustion mechanism of 2-naphthol adsorption resin was presented. The pyrolysis kinetics parameters of 2-naphthol adsorption resin were obtained and a proper kinetics model was proposed.
