关于三门峡、青铜峡等电站水轮机的技术改造问题

摘要 三门峡电站水轮机运行约20000h以后,叶片正面和背面的根部断面出现裂绞。经电站实测并进行分析研究,采取叶片出水边修型处理的措施,对叶片根部产生裂绞有抑制作用。青铀峡电站5~#机水轮机转轮更换不锈钢叶片转轮后,在运行中操作机构“发卡”问题得到了解决。对三门峡和青铜峡电站水轮机设备进行总结和技术改造,是非常有价值的工作。 Since the turbines of Sanmenxia power station have been put into operation about 20000 hours, cracks appeared on both front and back side at the root section of the blades. After measuring, analysing and studing for the cracks conducted by power station measures were adopted to modify the profile of outlet of the blades. This measures have the advantages to producing cracks at the root part of blades. For the unit № 5 of Qingtongxia, after the carbon steel blades were replaced by stand-by runner with stainless steel during operation the problem of an obstacle to operating system has been solved. So it is very valuable technical reform and improving technical level to summa(?)ize the equipment of water turbine for Sanmenxia and Qingtongxia power station.
