咽异感症的喉镜观察和食管上括约肌压力检测

目的观察咽异感症的喉部特点及食管压力变化,探讨咽异感症与食管上括约肌(UES)压力变化的关系。方法对42例咽异感症患者(病例组)进行食管压力检测和喉镜检查,并与35例正常人(对照组)进行比较。结果病例组的UES静息压是(65.31±15.02)mmHg,明显高于对照组的(47.54±9.52)mmHg(P<0.05);而两组间UES长度差异不明显。喉镜检查病例组72.0%的患者喉部有异常体征,而对照组仅14.2%有异常体征。结论咽异感症与食管上括约肌高压关系密切,并且表现特异性的喉部体征。

Objective To investigate the laryngeal signs and their relationship with the pressure of the upper esophageal sphincter（UES） in the patients with globus hystericus. Methods Thirty-five healthy volunteers and forty-two patients clinically diagnosed as globus hystericus entered the study. Pressure of LIES was measured and the larynx was examined using videolaryngoscopy. Results The mean LIES resting pressure was （65.31±15.02） mrnHg in the patients group, which was significantly higher than that [（47. 5±9. 52） mmHg]in the control. There was no statistical difference in the total length of LIES between the two groups. 72. 0% cases had the laryngeal findings in the patients group. But only 14.2% cases had the laryngeal findings in control group. Conclusion There is a significant relation between hypertensive UES and globus. Hpertensive UES can be considered as an etiology of globus.
