摘要
阐述基于客户/服务器模式的磨床控制系统的设计思想,介绍了系统的总体结构,详细分析了电感测微电路和步进电机驱动电路的工作原理。为提高轴承磨削的加工精度,提出了"控制型"磨削方式和智能免疫补偿方法,并论述了上述两种方法的实现机理。该系统具有结构合理、加工精度高、可靠性好、维护更新简便等优点。
This paper focuses on the design idea of the client/server-based grinder control system, the introduction of the overall structure and the detailed analysis of the operating principle of the driver circuits of the inductance sensor and stepper motor as well. The pattern of the "controlled" grinding and the compensation pattern of the intelligent immunity as well as the mechanism of realization of the two patterns have been raised to promote the grinding precision of the axle bearing. The system has such advantages as proper structure, high precision of processing, reliability, easy maintenance and updating, etc.
