Morlet小波对于压缩机故障信号的研究

摘要 针对目前压缩机故障信号分析中存在的问题,提出了用 Morlet 小波对故障信号进行提取和识别。Moorlet 小波是一种连续小波,能够克服时域离散造成故障信号遗漏及尺度二进离散分割过于粗糙的问题,能够使故障信号中的时域和频域信息同时在二维及三维空间上被更加直观的呈现出来。文末在停车情况下,对压缩机故障进行检查,验证了 Morlet 连续小波在故障信号提取和识别中的可行性和正确性。 In view of some problems in present analysis fault signals of compressor, extraction and recognition of fault signal with Morlet wavelet was proposed. Morlet function is a continuous wavelet, which can solve missing fault signals caused by discrete time, and' coarseness caused by scale dyadic dilation. It can make signals transform in time domain and frequency domain, and some important information be showed in the two-dimensional and three-dimensional space. Finally, since the compressor was stopped, fault signals of compressor were checked, it is proved that fault signals extracted and recoginzed with Morlet continuous wavelet is feasible and correct.
