摘要 目的:探讨缩小乳头的理想方法。方法:楔形切除乳头组织缩小乳头周径;将正常高度以远的乳头组织形成三个大小适中的三角形皮瓣,对合后形成新乳头的顶面或在乳头基部环形去表皮直接缝合降低乳头高度。结果:新乳头形态、感觉良好,勃起、哺乳正常。结论:三角瓣法乳头缩小术设计灵活精确,操作较简单易学,而且安全可靠,能够解决各种类型的乳头肥大,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the ideal method for reduction of nipple. Methods A cuniform compound tissue was removed from nipple to shrink it. Three proper-size triangular flaps were designed to form the top of the new nipple or by removing the epidermis around the base of nipple. Results The new nipples could erect and give milk, whose shapes were satisfactory. They were sensitive too. Conclusion The nipple reduction by triangular flaps have many advantages and is worthy to be recommended.
