开放复位及坚固内固定治疗颌面外伤骨折

The application of the open reposition and internal fixation on jaw fracture

目的:通过开放复位颌骨骨折及内固定使畸形和咬颌功能得到纠正,而且面部没有明显的创伤痕迹。方法:在全麻下根据骨折部位的需要作各种不同隐秘的切口暴露骨折后复位并作内固定。结果:本组患者共有65例,手术后有60例达到手术目的。讨论:选择合理的手术入路为手术创造良好的手术视野,通过开放复位及内固定使患者康复时间缩短,及手术后无明显瘢痕。

Objective To evaluate the affection of open reduction and the internal fixation on jaw fracture. Methods Based on 65 cases of jaw fracture which accepted open reduction and internal fixation. Results 60 cases of jaw fractures were recovered to malformation and occluding relation. There was little evidence scar on face. Appearance and function were very well. Conclusion The application of the open reposition and internal fixation on jaw fracture can be anatomically reposition and get satisfactory clinical effect.
