三黄凝胶治疗皮肤浅表感染性疾病的临床应用

The clinical application of Sanhuang Gel for the treatment of skin superficial infectivity diseases

目的:观察三黄凝胶外用对皮肤浅表感染性疾病疖、疔、黄水疮的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:将240例门诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组:120例,外用三黄凝胶;对照组:120例,外用金黄膏。结果:治疗组有效率为96.6%,对照组为82.5%。两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:三黄凝胶治疗皮肤浅表感染性疾病疗效确切。

Objective To study clinical effect in skin superficial infectivity diseases including folliculitis, furuncle and impetigo so or with SanHuang gel and approach its operational element . Methods Divide 240 patients into two groups randomly, experimental group and controlled group, the experimental group give them local application Sanhuang gel; the controlled group give them Jinhuang salve. Results Statistic shows that there is obvious difference between experimental group （96.6%） and controlled group （82.5%） from effectiveness rate. Conclusion The clinical effect with Sanhuang gel is better than Jinhuang slave in skin superficial infectivity diseases.
