流动性复合树脂在后牙修复夹层技术中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨流动性复合树脂在后牙修复夹层技术[1]中的应用效果及体会。方法:对后牙I、II类洞与后牙Ⅴ类洞进行牙体预备后,夹层技术中应用流动性复合树脂并对照应用富士Ⅸ玻璃离子粘固剂,最后表面放置Z250复合树脂进行牙体充填或覆盖,随访12月后复查,检查后牙修复的成功率。结果:夹层应用流动性复合树脂修复后牙I、II类洞成功率高于夹层应用富士Ⅸ修复后牙I、II类洞,两者之间有显著性差异(χ2=5.45、P≤0.05;虽然夹层应用流动性复合树脂修复后牙Ⅴ类洞成功率稍高于夹层应用富士Ⅸ修复后牙Ⅴ类洞,但两者之间无显著性差异(χ2=1.99、P>0.05)。结论:在后牙牙合面修复夹层技术中应用流动性复合树脂,能显著提高后牙复合树脂修复的成功率,是后牙修复洞衬的理想材料。牙体因素、操作方法和技巧、材料的选择等,均能影响后牙复合树脂修复的效果。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of 3M flowable resin composites in sandwich technique restorations of posterior teeth diseases. Methods To posterior teeth diseases,We applied 3M flowable resin composites in sandwich technique restorations of posterior teeth diseases and compared with applying GC Glassionomer cement restorations made in Japan. The observation of one year effectiveness were followed up ,and evaluations were made. Results Using flowable resin composites in sandwich technique restorations of Ⅰ,Ⅱposterior teeth diseases, The successful ratio was 90.91%. Compared with applying GC Glass-ionomer cement, The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);using flowable resin composites in sandwich technique restorations of Ⅴposterior teeth diseases The successful ratio is 94.64%,compared with applying GC Glass-ionomer cement, The difference was no significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion Flowable resin composites is ideal material in restorations of posterior teeth diseases. Tooth factor,skill and material can influence the effectiveness in restorations of posterior teeth diseases.
